PDMI is looking for three 340B Senior Account Managers to join our team!

In this senior-level role, you’ll oversee the implementation and maintenance of client 340B programs, acting as the vital link between clients, pharmacies, and internal teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Innovate: Direct and mentor Account Managers and Account Coordinators, ensuring a seamless collaboration that meets compliance and client satisfaction standards.
  • Client Success: Serve as the escalation point for complex client needs, providing solutions and insights that drive program performance.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the setup of new accounts, from data management to operational readiness, ensuring a flawless "go live."
  • Program Optimization: Monitor existing accounts, guiding the team in addressing discrepancies, managing data accuracy, and adapting to client needs.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor team members and conduct training sessions to elevate knowledge of 340B regulations and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Pharmacy Technician experience/certification is a plus).
  • Completion of 340B University and an in-depth understanding of 340B regulations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, SQL, and FlexGen.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience interpreting 340B Service Agreements and contributing to product development is highly valued.
