Job Duties: Define business requirements, functional designs, system specifications, business processes and flow charts. Construct workflow charts, and diagrams, study and understand system capabilities and the impact on business processes. Determine operational objectives by examining business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break down high-level information into details. Interpret customer business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements. Engage in various medium to large-sized business initiatives simultaneously and lead multiple Business Analysts on various projects. Work with QA Analyst and create test plans for both positive and negative scenarios. Create documentation like Process, System Catalogs, and SIPOC. Serve as a medium between the customer community (internal and external customers) and software development team. Coordinate and collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Required tools and utilities: Jira, Balsamiq, SQL, and Visio.
