PDMI is looking for a 340B Training and Operations Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating and delivering training programs that empower teams, streamline operations, and ensure compliance. Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and other flexible, scalable solutions to help our clients meet their business objectives. We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and Deliver Training: Create engaging training programs for internal teams and external clients, covering technical processes and operational workflows tailored to diverse skill levels.
- Develop Comprehensive Documentation: Produce and maintain user manuals, policies, procedures, and implementation forms to ensure clarity and alignment with compliance standards.
- Promote Operational Efficiencies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address inefficiencies, integrating solutions into training to enhance workflows.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Keep training materials updated with industry regulations, conduct time studies to optimize staffing, and capture metrics to inform process improvements.
- Lead Client Training: Train clients on proprietary systems and tools, ensuring they can use platforms effectively to achieve their goals.
- Be a Trusted Resource: Serve as a go-to expert for internal teams and clients, addressing questions and troubleshooting 340B-related issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education, communications, or related fields.
- 340B Expertise: In-depth knowledge of 340B regulations and best practices, with a commitment to staying updated on industry changes.
- Training Skills: Proven experience developing and delivering impactful training and producing clear documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and an understanding of SFTP feeds, data acquisition, and proprietary systems is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
